The consecration of the image ofSanta La Muerte
We will do it in the following way,in a container we will put rainwater or mineral water approximately one liter.
We are going to take 7 rue leaves, a tablespoon of verbena, seven leaves of laurel
sevencarnation petals reds, one tablespoon of burnt cane (cane liquor) and one tablespoon of Whiskey.One Thursday we are going to take the herbs one by one and putting them in the water,we will try to undo them with our fingers inside the water.
Once this is done, let’s goto leave it in the clear (outdoors) on a moonlit night but if possible if it is fullbetter.On the night after Friday (better if it is Good Friday), at midnightwe will use the fluid to consecrate the image ofSan La Muerte of the followingform:
1 – We will pray about the fluid in the following way, we will place the palms of our hands on the liquid saying:
“This fluid has the power of herbs to consecrate the Lord of the Death, to help me with his miracles in everything I ask him ask. May the imagethat I am going to consecrate be transformed into a fortress more powerful than Samson and that the power of God the creator consecrates it amen and amen.”
2 – Let’s immerse the image in the fluid, leaving it inside it, whilewe say an Our Father, a Hail Mary and a Glory Be.We take the image of the fluid and leave it in the place where it will be from now on.Once at the Altar we will say this prayer to consecrate it.
“In the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth, the Lord be with us and withour Spirit. Lord Jesus Christ (we make the sign of the cross over our body), son of the living God, bless this image that represents the Lord Death.
For our supplication, infuse him, Lord, with the virtue of the Holy Cross (make the sign of the cross twice with the index and middle fingers of the right hand on theimage that we are blessing).
The heavenly blessing that you gave him to dispel the troublesdarkness of the human race. Once the image is on the Altar, it will be veiled for 7 days, A 7-Color Candle will be placed in front of the image, behind it 2 White Candles will be placed forminga triangle with the candles.
From left to right 1 Violet Candle andanother Red Candle will be placed in line with the 7-color Candle, it is preferable that the candle be < /span>perform on a Saturday.When the consecration is about the black image of theSanta La Muerte The procedure is the same except that there is no prayer.
